The Ford Agency is seeking a temporary Legal Recruiting Assistant to join the DC office of a successful global law firm. The Assistant will support the Legal Recruiting Team with all aspects of hiring, including application management, scheduling interviews, and the summer associate program. This is a fantastic temporary opportunity for a developing recruiting professional to gain hands-on experience in a highly regarded firm! This is a temp assignment will last through the end of August.
Responsibilities Include:
- Schedule interviews, track school-specific offers, and coordinate candidate processes
- Provide office tours and serve as a point of contact for applicants
- Assist, track, and attend career fairs and summer associate program events
- Update and maintain detailed candidate information
- Support post-offer and onboarding processes
- Provide general administrative and project support to the recruiting team
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s degree; legal recruiting experience a plus
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to shift priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
- Professional judgment and discretion handling confidential information
Compensation:
- $22 hourly
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
