The Ford Agency is actively seeking an organized and driven Administrative Coordinator to join a busy HR team at a prestigious DC law firm. This individual will provide administrative support to the team, coordinate meeting logistics, and support various Human Resources projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid administrative skills looking to shift their career to a Human Resources focus. This is a temporary position that is expected to last nine months and is available immediately!
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
- Coordinate recruiting and onboarding processes
- Respond to HR inquiries and requests
- Update and maintain personnel files
- Coordinate the employee referral bonus program
- Maintain the calendar for the HR team including events and meetings
- Assist with various HR projects
Qualifications Include:
- 3 years of administrative experience
- Proficient with MS Office
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
