Job responsibilities:
• Build, update, and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates
• Engage in purposeful, persuasive conversations with candidates
over the phone
• Create unique and attractive messaging
• Collaborate with leadership teams to help identify and attract
top talent
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree required
• 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience
