The Encompass Group is partnering with a growing healthcare organization to hire an Operations Specialist to support day-to-day clinic and administrative operations across multiple locations.
This is a hands-on role for someone who likes being in the middle of the action — solving problems, keeping things moving, and supporting both clinical and administrative teams.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations across multiple clinic locations
- Step in to assist where needed — front office, patient flow, scheduling, and administrative support
- Help improve workflows and identify inefficiencies in real time
- Partner with leadership to ensure consistency across locations
- Assist with patient access and call flow coordination
- Maintain organization across systems, documentation, and processes
- Troubleshoot operational issues quickly and effectively
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of operations or administrative experience (healthcare preferred)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Strong communication skills with both patients and internal teams
- Experience in healthcare systems is a plus (Athena preferred)
