As Senior Property Manager, you will oversee an active portfolio, ensuring tenant satisfaction, operational excellence, and strong financial performance. You will act as the primary tenant contact, lead property management teams, and collaborate with Operations and Leasing to deliver exceptional results.

You will act as the primary tenant contact, lead property management teams, and collaborate with Operations and Leasing to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for tenants — handle inquiries, provide estimates, and coordinate moves
- Manage rent collection and track financial performance
- Market vacancies, show properties, and assist in setting rental rates
- Oversee property records: tenants, vacancies, rent statements, disbursements, and facility management
- Lead and develop property management teams to meet company objectives
- Interview prospective tenants, run credit/background checks, and negotiate leases
- Supervise repairs, maintenance, and contracted services
- Prepare financial reports and support audits as needed
- Process evictions and coordinate legal matters with attorneys
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and procedures
- 7 years of experience in property management, construction, engineering, or related fields
- Associate’s degree or PMP certification preferred
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents and technical manuals
- Hands-on experience with tools and site operations a plus
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Flexibility to manage shifting priorities and multiple responsibilities
