Regional Property Manager

Our client, a leading property management company, is seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee companywide operations across a multi-property market-rate multifamily portfolio. Reporting to the VP of Operations, this leadership role provides oversight of leasing, marketing, staff supervision, capital improvements, operations, and resident relations. This role requires strong communication skills and a hands-on approach to ensure high performance and resident satisfaction.

Overview

The Regional Property Manager will be responsible for managing leasing procedures, marketing initiatives, staff supervision, capital projects, and operational functions to maintain and grow portfolio performance. This role also involves corporate reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, and team training. Familiarity with Texas state and regional housing regulations and proficiency with Yardi property management software are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing and marketing strategies across the portfolio
• Supervise and train property management staff
• Manage capital improvement projects and property operations
• Handle escalated resident concerns and maintain high resident satisfaction
• Prepare corporate reports, manage budgeting, and perform variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with regional housing regulations

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a multi-family, market-rate portfolio
• Strong understanding of financials and capital project management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of Texas state and regional housing regulations
