What You’ll Do
- Assist in planning and coordinating roofing projects
- Material fabrication and inventory controls
- Support Production Managers in scheduling crews and materials
- Help lead and communicate with field crews to ensure quality and safety
- Learn to manage job progress, timelines, and customer expectations
- Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and job site professionalism
- Roofing experience required (shingles, slate, or tile)
- Some leadership, foreman, or assistant-level management experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar)
- Good communication skills with both team members and customers
- Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment screening
- Hands-on training with experienced Production Managers
- Clear path to advance into a full Production Manager role
