What You’ll Do
- Assist with installation and repair of slate, tile, and metal roofing systems
- Work on historic buildings, churches, and specialty structures
- Learn hands-on trade skills in roofing and restoration
- Support skilled crews with materials, setup, and site work
- Grow into advanced craftsmanship roles over time
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Willingness to learn a skilled trade
- Construction, landscaping, warehouse, or general labor experience is a plus
- Paid training in roofing and restoration trades including safety training
- $20–$40 /hr. progression based on skill and experience
- Year-round work
- Health, Dental, Vision 401(k) after 90 days
- Paid travel time, hotel, and per diem when traveling
- Overtime opportunities available year-round
- Quarterly performance bonuses
- Promotions based on performance—not tenure
