We Are Looking for a Roofing Production Manager Who:
- Has experience in slate and tile roofing (preferred); shingle experience is acceptable
- Demonstrates team-oriented leadership skills
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiar with planning and scheduling roofing projects
- Is able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Maintains a valid driver’s license with no more than 4 points, ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
- Is comfortable working at heights using ladders, lifts, scaffolding, and related equipment
- Possesses strong communication skills, with experience working with both customers and staff
- Takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship
- Values safe and professional job sites
