Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections of facilities, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs
- Conduct general repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and mechanical systems
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations in a timely manner
- Maintain building interiors and exteriors, including doors, windows, floors, walls, and fixtures
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset life
- Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely
- Replace or repair damaged parts, fixtures, and equipment
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies
- Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors when specialized repairs are required
- Assist with facility setup for events, office moves, or renovations as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Technical training or certification in maintenance, facilities, or a related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in general maintenance or a related role
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and work orders
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
