What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Tech position at Synerfac Staffing?
Pay: Up to $28/hr!
Schedule: Monday thru Friday, Day Shift 8am to 4:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Monitor facility conditions to ensure safety, security, and maintenance standards are met
- Troubleshoot power, HVAC systems, controls, and mechanical systems
- Perform general and preventative maintenance, including carpentry and plumbing
- Manage vendor services as needed
- Replace light bulbs and ballasts
- Move office furniture, machinery, and equipment as requested
- Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering with a strong background in technical aspects of packaged HVAC, plumbing electrical equipment repair and maintenance.
