- Maintain accurate and organized HR data, including

- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using
- Google Sheets / Excel
- Data visualization tools (as applicable)
- Provide visibility into
- Workforce size and structure
- Hiring pipeline
- Engagement and retention trends
- Track recruitment data, including
- Applications
- Interview stages
- Offer and onboarding status
- Identify trends and bottlenecks in hiring
- Analyze data to identify
- Trends
- Gaps
- Opportunities for improvement
- Provide recommendations to HR leadership
- Track key HR metrics, including
- Time-to-fill
- Retention
- Participation and engagement
- Ensure data supports performance evaluation
- Partner with
- HR team

- Provide data insights to support decision-making
- Present data in a clear, actionable format
- Translate data into insights that non-technical stakeholders can understand
- Identify opportunities to

Required
- 2–4 years of experience in
- Data analysis
- HR analytics
- Reporting or similar roles
- Strong experience with
- Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Experience in HR or People Operations
- Experience with dashboards or data visualization tools
- Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
- Experience in remote teams
- 8–12 hours per week
- Flexible schedule
- Participation in HR and reporting discussions as needed
- Fully remote
