- Ensure documentation is complete and properly stored
- Support audit readiness
- Update and maintain HR tracking systems
- Recruitment pipeline
- Workforce records
- HR dashboards
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates
- Partner with HR Analyst for data consistency
- Assist with onboarding
- Prepare materials
- Coordinate documentation
- Support offboarding
- Track exit documentation
- Assist with coordination
- Ensure records are complete and accurate
- Support HR communications
- Reminders
- Updates
- Documentation requests
- Coordinate with team members and volunteers
- Follow up on outstanding tasks
- Support compliance-related documentation tracking
- Ensure records align with policy requirements
- Maintain organized compliance files
- Assist with tracking
- Leave requests
- Role/status changes
- Workforce updates
- Ensure proper documentation and updates
- Support HR programs, including
- Training tracking
- Recognition programs
- Performance documentation
- Assist with preparation of HR materials
- Support execution of HR workflows

Required
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative, HR support, or coordination roles (or equivalent experience)
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Experience in nonprofit or volunteer-based organizations
- Experience working in remote environments
- Familiarity with Google Sheets or tracking tools
- Interest in pursuing a career in HR
- 6–10 hours per week
- Flexible schedule (aligned with administrative support needs)
- Participation in HR coordination activities as needed
- Fully remote
