As a Market Research Executive Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, screening, and scheduling high-quality participants for client market research projects. This position requires precision, professionalism, and strong organizational skills to ensure the integrity and accuracy of our recruitment processes. You will work in a fast-paced environment that balances repetition with constantly evolving project needs, while maintaining exceptional communication and customer service standards.
Primary Objective
This role is responsible for recruiting and generating qualified participants for client market research initiatives with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and schedule participants for market research studies using phone outreach, targeted web searches, and internal databases
- Follow up on leads and conduct detailed screening to ensure participant eligibility and data quality
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including recruiting goals, participation targets, and daily call volumes
- Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while balancing timelines, quality, and client expectations
- Ensure all collected data is reliable, valid, and completed within project schedules
- Maintain a professional, polished, and assertive communication style when engaging with participants and organizational stakeholders
- Provide excellent customer service while working with a strong sense of urgency and production balance

- Ability to build rapport with gatekeepers and potential research participants

- Past telemarketing or high-volume calling experience preferred, with demonstrated consistency in meeting daily call goals
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-intensive environment
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a confident, outgoing personality
- Ability to process and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
- Typing speed of 45 words per minute
Benefits: Health care insurance benefits available first of the month following 60 days of employment. Thirty (30) hours worked per week must be averaged in order to maintain coverage. 401k enrollment is available per the Secure Act guidelines.
