Key ResponsibilitiesCall Handling & Customer Support
- Answer incoming customer calls in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and accounts
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
- Ensure a positive and helpful experience during every interaction
Communication & Problem Solving
- Listen actively to customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Handle a high volume of calls while maintaining service quality
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution
Documentation & System Support
- Record call details and update customer information in company systems
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions
- Follow company procedures and service standards
