We’re looking for a dependable, friendly, and high-energy Cashier / Customer Service Associate to join our team. If you enjoy interacting with people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll fit in well here.
This role is at the center of the customer experience. You’ll help ensure smooth transactions while creating a positive and welcoming environment for every customer.
What You’ll Be Doing
Shifts typically run 6–8 hours, with most of your time spent assisting customers and managing the checkout area.
Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly experience
- Assist with questions, product information, and basic concerns
Transactions:
- Process purchases accurately using cash registers or POS systems
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments efficiently
Checkout Management:
- Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Ensure pricing accuracy and proper billing
Support:
- Assist team members during busy periods
- Help customers locate products when needed
