About the Role
You will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information about products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
Issue Resolution
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Documentation & Systems
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
- Document interactions and resolutions accurately
- Process orders, returns, or service requests as needed
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
- Support team members during high-volume periods
