CSR- Customer Service Representative - Hastings

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for Evenings & Saturdays.
Monday-Friday 4:30pm-7pm
Saturday 8:30am-5pm

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Greet & welcome clients as soon as they arrive at the office
- Scan documents
- Monitor printers and distribute printed papers to the Preparer that printed them
- Scan client documents
- File folders into their proper alphabetical order
- Ensure that there are sufficient supplies and restock desks as necessary
- Maintain a clean office
- Manage the CSR email in a timely manner.

Requirements:
- Experience with multi-line telephone networks
- Previous experience working in customer service
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients
- Excellent time-management skills
- Adept at prioritizing, scheduling and multitasking
- Good attention to detail
- Can properly operate office equipment (ie. Scanner)
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required
- Willing to ask for assistance when needed

Hourly Pay Rate starts at $18, depending on Qualifications.
