Cashier / Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to every guest.
- Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
- Answer phone calls and assist customers with inquiries.
- Perform cleaning and organization duties to maintain a welcoming environment.
Requirements:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and diligent.
- Greet each customer with hospitality, respect, and a positive attitude.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team, helping colleagues as needed.
Physical Requirements:
- Dependable and consistent attendance.
- Be on your feet for most of the workday (standing, walking, bending, handling items).
- Occasionally lift and carry objects over 50 lbs.
- Maintain a brisk work pace in a high-volume setting.
