- 6 years of hands-on configuration experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, including Commercial and/or Specialty Lines.
- Experience working on the Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP).
- Proficiency in Gosu programming language and Guidewire configuration framework.
- Hands-on experience managing SBT for PolicyCenter
- Strong understanding of Guidewire’s product model and P&C policy lifecycle.
- Experience with version control tools, CI/CD practices, and agile delivery methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable PolicyCenter solutions.
- Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration Specialist certification.
- Exposure to commercial rating engines and ISO bureau content.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance for commercial lines products.
