Job Description:
We are urgently seeking a highly experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter SME or Architect to join our team for a strategic client engagement. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter and proven experience in designing and implementing scalable solutions. This role requires onsite presence at the client's Warren, NJ location three days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture and solution design for Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and define strategy
- Provide hands-on leadership through configuration, integration, and optimization phases
- Develop scalable workflows and customize PolicyCenter functionalities to meet client needs
- Ensure alignment of project deliverables with business goals and industry best practices
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in P&C insurance technology landscape
- Strong expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter with at least 2 end-to-end implementations
- Prior experience as Technical Lead, SME, or Architect on Guidewire projects
- Proficiency in Guidewire Configuration and Integration (GOSU, Web Services, Plugins)
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Willingness to work onsite in Warren, NJ three days a week
Preferred:
- Guidewire Certification in PolicyCenter
- Experience in Agile environments and DevOps practices
