Responsibilities of the TIG Welder
- Perform precision TIG welding on small metal components and assemblies.
- Complete final assembly and welding of finished products according to specifications.
- Maintain consistent weld quality and workmanship standards.
- Inspect completed parts to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
- Follow safety procedures and established manufacturing processes.
- Prior TIG welding experience required.
- Ability to pass a hands-on weld test.
- Experience welding Nickel and Inconel alloys is highly preferred.
- Candidates with TIG welding experience on stainless steel and/or aluminum are encouraged to apply and can be trained on specialty materials.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
