- Strategic Sourcing — Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers to strengthen the supply base and reduce risk.
- Supplier Development — Build high‑performance relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
- Contract Negotiation — Lead pricing, lead‑time, payment term, and contract discussions.
- Precision Purchasing — Source machined components, bearings, linear motion products, and assemblies.
- Performance Management — Track supplier KPIs across cost, quality, and delivery.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration — Partner with engineering, planning, production, and quality to resolve issues and keep materials flowing.
📦 Supply Chain & Planning Impact
- Align purchasing strategies with customer demand and production schedules.
- Translate forecasts into procurement plans.
- Support inventory management, forecasting, and S&OP processes.
- Drive cost‑reduction initiatives without compromising quality.
🌍 Global Supply Chain Exposure
- Coordinate with international manufacturing sites.

🎯 What You Bring
- 3–5 years in purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain within manufacturing.
- Experience with precision machined components or industrial products.
- Strong supplier development and negotiation skills.
- ERP experience (SAP strongly preferred).
- Analytical mindset, planning strength, and excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field preferred.
