$17/hr
Shift of the Test Operator:
7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Mon-Fri DOE

Responsibilities of the Test Operator:
- Set up and operate test equipment according to work instructions.
- Perform testing, programming, and inspection of electronic assemblies and components.
- Troubleshoot test failures and support production equipment setup and debugging.
- Identify electronic components using technical documentation.
- Assist with qualifying test fixtures, equipment, and procedures.
- Support continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency and product quality.
- Follow all safety, quality, and ISO standards.
- Minimum 1 year of electronics manufacturing experience.
- Familiarity with IPC-610 standards.
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation and work instructions.
- Ability to identify electronic components and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Experience using test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Windows-based applications.
- Understanding of ESD practices.
