Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Supervisor:
- Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for assembly, electrical, refrigeration, and test teams.
- Monitor daily build progress and performance against project expectations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with management to align on production goals and resource allocation.
- Drive continuous improvement activities to optimize processes and enhance product quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards in all manufacturing activities.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical background in refrigeration and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical guidance capabilities.
- Familiarity with Lean and 5S methodologies preferred.
