Senior Recruiter

Pay Rate: $50–$60/hour

Schedule: Full-time | Minimal overtime expected

Duration: Temporary through mid-January

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions. Candidates must have previous experience recruiting for manufacturing and/or technical positions. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers to identify qualified candidates who fit both the position and our employee-owned company culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer.
• Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, job postings, and other recruiting channels.
• Recruit for a variety of manufacturing and technical positions.
• Review resumes, conduct candidate screenings, and coordinate interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruiting updates.
• Maintain candidate and requisition information in ADP Workforce Now (ADP WFN).
• Track recruiting activity, applicant flow, time-to-fill, and recruiting effectiveness.
• Conduct reference checks and assist with offer letters.
• Ensure recruiting practices comply with employment laws, company policies, and affirmative action goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Must have experience recruiting for manufacturing and/or technical positions
• Strong candidate sourcing experience
• Previous ATS experience; ADP Workforce Now preferred
• Experience using Indeed and LinkedIn
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of recruiting practices and employment compliance
• PHR or SHRM-CP preferred

Pay: $50–$60/hour
