Pay Rate of the Print Production Lead:
$22 per hour.
Training of the Print Production Lead:
- 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM Monday through Friday
- December 1st - December 24th
- 1st Shift - 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Monday through Friday, December 28th - February 1st
- 2nd Shift - 3:00pm - 12:00am, Potential to extend into February (1pm - 10pm schedule)
- Weekend Requirement: Jan 9th/10th & 16th/17th & 23rd/24th & 30th/31st
- Holiday: MLK Jan 18th
- Lead a contingent workforce during year-end projects, ensuring efficient printing, packaging, and distribution.
- Monitor daily headcount and provide performance feedback.
- Assist in weekly timesheet reviews and audits.
- Support the print service team in resolving escalated production issues.
- Ensure quality standards are met for all produced materials.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Lead or Supervisor role.
- Clear and effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- General office and/or production experience preferred.
- Ability to operate basic production machinery and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
