Contract to Hire
Shift of the Set Up Feeder for SMT:
Mon-Thurs 4:30pm-3:00am (four-day work week)
Friday - Sunday, 6am - 6:30pm. Work 36 hours, get paid for 40!
Pay Rate of the Set Up Feeder for SMT:
$20 per hour plus 10% shift differential - 2nd SHift
$20/HR per hour, weekend shift
Responsibilities of the Set Up Feeder for SMT:
- Scan bar codes for correct reels to be set up in the feeder system.
- Set up solder paste print machine.
- Load feeders onto SMT placement machine and operate the machine.
- Replenish components in SMT feeders as required.
- Review part placement accuracy and alert engineering of issues for resolution.
- The ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Comfortable working on your feet and standing throughout the day.
- The ability to read and interpret product documentation.
- Good organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills.
