This position is based in our Marlborough, MA office, where you’ll have the opportunity to connect, collaborate, and work alongside your team each day.

In this role, you’ll make a real impact by:

🔹 Sourcing and engaging top talent for manufacturing, contract and direct hire roles

🔹 Partnering closely with our sales team to understand client needs

🔹 Building strong, lasting relationships with candidates and clients

🔹 Representing the DAVIS brand online, at events, and in the community

🔹 Managing the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to offer

🔹 Driving results by hitting weekly performance metrics

🔹 Making high‑volume calls and outreach to build a powerful pipeline

What we’re looking for:

✔ Customer Service experience

✔ Strong communication & relationship‑building skills

✔ A motivated, organized, fast‑paced, self-motivated problem solver

✔ Someone who thrives in a collaborative, people‑first environment

✔ Proficiency with ATS tools, sourcing platforms, and MS Office a plus
