Recruiter

Our client, a renowned construction management firm, is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to support their talent acquisition initiatives. If you're passionate about connecting top talent with meaningful opportunities and thrive in a collaborative environment, this is the opportunity for you.

Compensation: $50.00-60.00

Listed not guaranteed – potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications, and internal equity and may be outside of this range.

This is a contract opportunity with permanent potential.

Responsibilities

• Engage with hiring managers to craft recruitment strategies that support business expansion and organizational objectives.
• Cultivate a robust talent pool by proactively sourcing high-quality candidates for a variety of key roles.
• Partner with regional and departmental leaders to accurately assess workforce requirements and tailor sourcing approaches accordingly.
• Oversee the entire hiring process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates from engagement to onboarding.
• Contribute to the enhancement of recruitment tools and methodologies, shaping long-term talent acquisition success.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline.

Proven experience with applicant tracking systems such as Sage Recruit or similar platforms.

Strong command of Microsoft Office tools.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of engaging diverse audiences at all levels.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently, with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proactive, solution-focused mindset with a drive for results and a high level of accountability.

Prior experience in recruiting within a corporate or construction environment is preferred.
