Plycrete is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Trailer Pump Operator. This position does not have an experience requirement as we are willing to provide training for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Operate trailer-mounted concrete pumps efficiently and safely to deliver concrete to various job sites.
- Perform daily maintenance and upkeep of the equipment, ensuring machines are in optimal working condition.
- Handle routine inspections and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during operations.
- Utilize mechanical skills to maintain and repair machinery,
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth concrete pumping process and successful project completion.
- Follow safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a secure work environment.
- Mechanical inclination and understanding of machines.
- Physical fitness with strong endurance and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
- Flexibility to work different shifts for large pours.
- Willingness to learn and undergo training to become a skilled Trailer Pump Operator.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Valid US Driver's License and Reliable Transportation.
