- Project Scope: Commercial Drywall, Metal Framing, and Specialty Exterior Systems.

How You Will Make An Impact
- Produce highly accurate and competitive commercial estimates for complex drywall, framing, and specialty cladding systems.
- Cultivate long-term repeat relationships with General Contractors, architects, and vendors to secure a consistent project pipeline.
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and bid documents to identify potential risks and value-engineering opportunities.
- Lead pre-bid meetings and client presentations, representing the company with professionalism and technical authority.
- Collaborate with field operations to ensure seamless project handoffs and accurate forecasting of upcoming labor and material needs.
- Optimize internal preconstruction workflows and systems to improve bidding efficiency and win rates.
- Coordinate with vendors to secure precise pricing, ensuring all proposals are comprehensive and buildable.
- Extensive experience estimating commercial drywall, framing, and specialty ceiling or cladding systems.
- Proven track record of managing multiple project bids simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard estimating software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong professional communication skills with a sales-oriented mindset and a stable work history.
- Prior experience with ACM/MCM systems, Fiber Cement, or Insulated Metal Panels.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with ambitions to move into a Director-level executive role.
- Deep network of existing relationships within the South Carolina commercial construction market.
