How You Will Make An Impact
- Coordinate daily dispatch schedules to ensure field technicians are efficiently assigned to service calls and project locations.
- Order elevator parts, materials, and supplies from vendors to maintain inventory levels and support field operations.
- Manage shipping and receiving activities, including inspecting incoming deliveries, preparing outgoing shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Operate a sit-down forklift safely to load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility and warehouse areas.
- Communicate professionally with technicians, vendors, and customers regarding deliveries, scheduling updates, and order status through phone, Gmail, and other communication platforms.
- Maintain organized digital records, purchase orders, shipment logs, and operational documentation using Google Workspace, with a strong emphasis on Gmail and Google Docs.
- Support overall operational workflow by multitasking effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, dispatching, shipping/receiving, or a related operations support role.
- Previous experience ordering parts, coordinating vendor purchases, or managing inventory processes.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, specifically Gmail and Google Docs, for daily communication, documentation, and operational tracking.
- Experience operating a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced service environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for vendor, customer, and technician coordination.
- Possession of a valid Enhanced Driver’s License.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Forklift certification or prior warehouse equipment operation experience.
- Previous experience in service dispatching, industrial parts ordering, or logistics coordination.
- Experience with inventory tracking systems, shipping software, or Service Titan.
- Background in warehouse operations, construction support, elevator service, or mechanical service industries.
