Office Assistant and Dispatcher – Coordinate Field Operations and Deliver Five-Star Customer Service

• Salary/Pay Rate: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour plus Year-End Bonus.

• Location: Menomonee Falls, WI (Onsite).

• Job/Employment Type: Full-Time.

• Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday.

• Project Scope: Residential Service and Installation.

• Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.

You will serve as the central hub for our field operations, ensuring smooth communication between our technicians and homeowners. This role is vital to our daily success, providing the administrative backbone that allows our service team to deliver world-class garage door solutions across the region.

• Coordinate the daily operational schedule by dispatching service tickets to field technicians via the internal system.

• Manage high-volume inquiries from customers, call center representatives, and leadership with a professional and helpful attitude.

• Maintain data integrity by updating customer notes and service records with high speed and accuracy.

• Support the Office and Door Team managers by executing routine clerical functions and document filing.

• Resolve customer or vendor concerns promptly to maintain the franchise’s commitment to excellent service.

• Adapt to real-time scheduling changes and logistical shifts without sacrificing the quality of team support.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office or administrative role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Proven ability to handle light physical tasks, including sitting for extended periods and lifting up to 15 pounds.

• Strong oral and written communication skills for effective two-way interaction with varied backgrounds.

• Previous experience in a dispatching or service-industry environment.

• Background in customer service with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution.

• Experience working in a fast-paced team environment that requires frequent multitasking.
