The Opportunity: You will serve as a key technical expert, transforming high-end residential lanais and commercial spaces with premium motorized shade and pergola systems. How You Will Make An Impact

• Construct and assemble complex exterior shade systems, shutters, and high-end pergolas according to precise project specifications.
• Execute the installation of motorized components and integrated lighting to ensure seamless functionality for clients.
• Coordinate with team members to manage on-site logistics and maintain strict project timelines in diverse outdoor environments.
• Interpret technical drawings and electrical requirements to resolve real-time structural challenges during the build process.
• Maintain a high standard of site safety and cleanliness to reflect the premium reputation of the Signature Shade brand.
• Mentor junior installers by demonstrating advanced tool proficiency and refined installation techniques.
  
  

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in construction, professional installation, or a related mechanical field.
• Hands-on proficiency with a wide variety of power tools and structural assembly techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a reliable, self-motivated approach to independent and crew-based tasks.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Demonstrated experience running conduit and handling light electrical wiring for outdoor structures.
• Advanced knowledge of motorized shade systems or automated outdoor control technologies.
• Prior experience working on high-end residential or large-scale commercial project sites.
