- Manage jobsite logistics by systematically loading, staging, and inventorying complex mechanical components and specialized tooling.
- Maintain an immaculate, highly organized field layout and service vehicle environment to preserve operational safety.
- Conduct precise system testing prep alongside lead installers to verify secure refrigeration, gas, and airflow lines.
- Navigate dedicated company transport vehicles safely to and from various residential regional project accounts.
- Collaborate transparently with field crew members to beat delivery timelines and maximize client satisfaction metrics.
- Minimum of 2 years of verified hands-on experience specializing in residential HVAC mechanical installations.
- Active, non-expired EPA 608 Certification required to handle and manage regulated environmental compounds.
- Valid driver's license maintained with a demonstrated history of safe, responsible personal vehicle operation.
- Solid functional understanding of core residential HVAC principles, thermal equipment, and manual hand tools.
