How You Will Make An Impact
- Collaborate with lead electricians to execute the seamless installation, maintenance, and repair of residential electrical systems.
- Support critical project phases including rough-in, trim-out, and final installations under expert supervision.
- Organize and transport essential tools, materials, and equipment to ensure job sites remain productive and efficient.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by strictly following all safety procedures and company policies.
- Execute basic electrical tasks as your technical skills develop, taking on increasing responsibility over time.
- Contribute to team deadlines by maintaining a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
- Represent the company’s commitment to quality by ensuring every residential project meets our high standards.
- Reliable and punctual professional with a strong internal drive to learn the electrical trade.
- Ability to follow complex verbal and written instructions accurately to ensure project precision.

- Physically capable of lifting materials, climbing ladders, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the day.
- Demonstrated commitment to job site awareness and a safety-first mentality.
- 3 years of previous experience in a construction or electrical field environment. Experience in residential new construction is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with basic hand and power tools commonly used in residential electrical work.
- Possession of a valid, non-restricted driver’s license for potential site-to-site travel.
- Weekly pay cycle with significant overtime potential (averaging 50–70 hours per week).
