- Execute hands-on manual labor tasks to ensure projects remain on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Follow precise directions from field leadership to maintain high levels of productivity across all jobsites.
- Maintain a rigorous focus on safety protocols to protect yourself and your fellow crew members.
- Operate equipment and handle materials for painting and sandblasting prep with extreme care.
- Collaborate effectively with your team to foster a supportive and efficient working environment.
- Apply a coachable mindset to master new technical skills in industrial coating and surface preparation.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and the physical ability to perform outdoor manual labor.
- Proven record of dependable attendance and punctuality in a professional setting.
- Commitment to safety-minded operations and following strict site-specific protocols.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a crew and take direction from supervisors.
- Previous experience in industrial or commercial painting.
- Prior experience working with concrete or general construction labor.
- Bilingual communication skills.
- Possession of a valid Driver’s License.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience level.
- Sign on bonus of $2500 paid over a period of 180 days.
- Consistent Monday through Friday work schedule.
