How You Will Make An Impact
- Direct all phases of assigned projects to ensure company objectives for cost, safety, and quality are consistently met.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and general contractors to resolve technical conflicts and maintain project alignment.
- Execute detailed reviews of project drawings and specifications to identify scope changes and manage field installations.
- Facilitate the change order process from initial estimate through approval and final invoicing to maintain budget integrity.
- Supervise field superintendents and foremen by setting clear goals and expectations for onsite manpower and equipment.
- Monitor project timelines and material lead times to plan work 2-3 weeks in advance, preventing logistical delays.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily reports, safety incident records, and material requests via company portals.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in commercial electrical project management or extensive assistant management.
- Advanced proficiency in reading and interpreting project drawings, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and instructional manuals.
- Extensive knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and Florida Building Codes.
- Technical expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to travel to various jobsites statewide as required.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of customer service and rapport.
- Mastery of specialized industry software, specifically Bluebeam and Trimble Accubid.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing and presenting technical RFIs with actionable resolutions.
- History of successful mentorship, helping junior management staff execute work plans and adhere to company policies.
