The Opportunity: You will join a tight-knit Field Operations team that thrives on executing complex, high-stakes civil and heavy construction projects. This role offers you the autonomy to apply expert craftsmanship to challenging vertical and flatwork builds while being supported by a culture that values out-of-the-box thinking. You will play a foundational role in ensuring Landcore Builders continues to deliver projects with unmatched safety and attentiveness.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Construct and set precise formwork for foundations, walls, sidewalks, and structural slabs to ensure structural integrity.
• Execute high-quality concrete placement by spreading, screeding, and finishing surfaces to meet strict industrial specifications.
• Maintain rigorous jobsite safety and cleanliness protocols to uphold our commitment to a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with crew members to align, brace, and reinforce forms for specialized vertical concrete structures.
• Operate a variety of hand and power finishing tools to achieve superior craftsmanship on every pour.
• Interpret detailed construction plans and layouts to prevent project delays and ensure technical accuracy.
  
  

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial flatwork and vertical concrete formwork.
• Proven proficiency in building forms for foundations, walls, curbs, and slabs.
• Demonstrated ability to operate professional-grade hand and power finishing tools.
• Willingness to travel to various project assignments up to 50% of working hours.
• Physical capability to perform demanding field work in a heavy construction environment.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Advanced experience with vertical concrete forming and structural concrete foundations.
• Previous experience in a mentorship role or leading junior crew members.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong skills in site layout and managing elevations.
