How You Will Make An Impact
- Direct and motivate field crews of 8–20 personnel to ensure aggressive production schedules are met.
- Execute precise jobsite layouts and interpret complex blueprints to maintain strict quality standards.
- Coordinate daily operations and sequencing with project superintendents to prevent logistical delays.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment in strict accordance with OSHA 10 and company protocols.
- Oversee and coordinate highly motivated subcontracted crews, ensuring they are properly staged, supplied, and positioned to maintain maximum production and meet aggressive schedules.
- Document daily progress and production goals to ensure project transparency and accountability via various software platforms
- Minimum of 5 years of related masonry experience with a proven track record in leadership.
- Absolute willingness to travel 100% of the time across the Southeast and Texas.
- Demonstrated ability to perform complex layouts and read detailed project documents independently.
- Strong communication skills and the physical stamina to work long hours in a demanding environment.
- Proven experience holding crews accountable to high-level production and quality benchmarks.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to effectively manage diverse field teams.
- Previous experience leading masonry crews specifically on Costco or similar big-box retail projects.
- Ability to navigate Procore and other construction related software
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Weekly pay cycle with a competitive salary ranging from $82,000 to $95,000 .
