The Club at Las Campanas is seeking experienced line cooks to join our culinary team for the season. This role is suited for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and are committed to quality and consistency.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes
- Set up and maintain stations before and during service
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
- Assist with inventory, prep, and product rotation
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Support chefs and kitchen leadership as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of kitchen experience preferred
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques
- Ability to work multiple stations on the line
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Food handler certification required (or ability to obtain)
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
