We are hiring seasonal captain servers and bartenders for Summer 2026 to support peak-season dining operations.

Captain Server Role
What You’ll Do
As a captain server, you will provide polished, attentive service in our fine dining and banquet environments while helping guide overall service flow.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering member-focused fine-dining service
- Leading table service with confidence, pace, and attention to detail
- Learning and using member names and anticipating preferences
- Supporting and guiding server assistants
- Communicating with chefs, bartenders, stewards, and leadership
- Inspecting and setting tables, linens, glassware, and silver
- Maintaining station cleanliness and organization
- Participating in sanitation and quality audits
- Performing other duties as assigned
Bartender Role
What You’ll Do
As a bartender, you will create elevated beverage experiences with warm, attentive hospitality.
Responsibilities include:
- Crafting classic and contemporary cocktails consistently
- Providing personable service at the bar and in the dining room
- Maintaining knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer
- Keeping the bar clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Monitoring inventory and communicating supply needs
- Upholding responsible alcohol service practices
- Supporting the dining team during service
Qualifications for Both Roles
Required
- Experience in fine dining, luxury restaurants, private clubs, or upscale hotels/resorts
- Knowledge of steps of service and dining etiquette
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with POS systems and accurate order entry
- Alcohol server certification
- Full availability Memorial Day through September 2026
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred
- Wine knowledge and comfort with wine service
- Participation in wine or service training seminars
- High school diploma or equivalent

Working Conditions
- Standing and walking for extended periods
