We are currently seeking a Bilingual Lead Clinician to help continue our legacy of making a lasting impact in the lives of young people.
Position Summary
Under the direct supervision of the Chief Compliance Officer, the Bilingual Lead Clinician is responsible for coordinating clinical services, provides ongoing individual and group counseling, screening for human trafficking concerns and crisis intervention, and trains new clinicians and supervise clinical staff.

Qualifications
Minimum:
- Master's or doctorate degree in psychology, social work, counseling, marriage and family counseling, or another relevant behavioral health discipline from an accredited program, university, or college where clinical experience is a program requirement
- 2 years of post-graduate direct service delivery experience
- Must have supervisory experience and be licensed in the State of New York
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
