We are currently seeking a Per Diem Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to help continue our legacy of making a lasting impact in the lives of young people.
Position Summary:
This position would be based out of Kingston, NY. The ideal candidate will have a track record of clinical accomplishments in the treatment of patients under the age of 22 with mental illness, and will provide services to children and adolescents, including triage, diagnostic evaluations, follow-up care, prescribing, and group treatment as part of a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities also include reviewing patients' medication records to determine the appropriateness of the existing medication regimen. This can be an employed position or a contracted position.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in nursing.
- Nurse Practitioner certification in Psychiatry.
- Valid New York State license as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
