We are currently looking for a Full Time Social Media Analyst to join our Social Media Strategic Analyst team located at the Public Affairs working .
Summary:
Responsible for analyzing The Chickasaw Nation’s online presence and performance across social media platforms and provide actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
- In-depth understanding of the Social Media Management Tool (Sprout), labels all posts with appropriate tags for performance reports
- Use social media analytics tools to assess the Chickasaw Nation content performance, audience engagement, and other digital data
- Creates detailed reports analyzing data across social media platforms. Synthesizes that data to provide tangible insights to optimize content and enhance social media posts
- Tracks, reports, and analyzes the Chickasaw Nation’s social media performance and presence through social media management tool (Sprout)
- Compiles the results of campaigns and initiatives, creates social recap reports, and presents key takeaways after completion
- Provides support compiling daily, weekly, and quarterly reports for departments, leadership and internal teams
- Stays current on social media platform updates/changes and trends that can benefit our social media strategy
- Assists with monitoring social media for mention of the Chickasaw Nation
- Provides first class customer service - courteous and helpful to all internal and external customer types
- Answers questions in a courteous and professional manner
- Partners with internal and external services as needed to ensure appropriate referral is made
