We are currently looking for a Part Time 38 Sales Associate to join our Artesian Gift Shop Retail Unit 1 team located at the Artesian Gift Shop working. This is a 2nd shift position.
Summary:
Greet and assists patrons in the purchasing of items available for sale, accepting cash and change. Responsible for providing highest level of customer service and providing the winning experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
- Answers questions in a courteous and professional manner

- Assists and guides customers with purchase selection
- Engages potential customers and guides with selection and purchase decisions
- May order catolog items if not in stock
- Promotes products to increase guest satisfaction and store sales
- Maintains purchase log of sales conducted on assigned shift to be given to Gift Shop Manager for inventory purposes
- Audits and reconciles credit card receipts, cash received, and balance cash drawer on assigned shift, and complete cash report for all cash denomination and credit card receipts
