Qualifications:
- 5 years of management experience in high-volume food and beverage operations.
- High-volume, full-service restaurant experience required.
- Strong FOH operations, guest service, and team leadership skills.
- Financial awareness with labor, inventory, sales, and cost control experience.
Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager with daily restaurant operations and service standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop hourly team members and supervisors.
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, ordering, cash handling, and operational checklists.
- Drive guest satisfaction, team accountability, cleanliness, and consistent execution.
