  • Recruit, train, mentor, and inspire a large pastry team while building a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Maintain exceptional quality, presentation, food safety, and consistency across every outlet.
  • Oversee inventory, purchasing, labor management, scheduling, and departmental financial performance.
  • Partner with culinary leadership to create memorable dining experiences throughout the resort.
  • Stay current on industry trends while introducing fresh ideas that elevate the overall pastry program.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as an Executive Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Leader in a luxury resort, hotel, casino, convention hotel, or other high-volume hospitality environment.
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing large pastry teams.
  • Expert knowledge of artisan breads, laminated doughs, viennoiserie, chocolates, cakes, plated desserts, pastries, and specialty confections.
  • Experience supporting multiple outlets and high-volume banquet operations.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
  • Passion for mentoring culinary professionals and creating a positive team culture.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-outlet operation while consistently delivering exceptional quality.
