An upscale, high-volume restaurant is seeking a hands-on Assistant General Manager to help lead daily operations.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of management experience in a structured, high-volume restaurant environment
- Strong floor leadership with a hands-on management style
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and inspire managers and hourly team members
- Demonstrates ownership mentality, accountability, and professionalism
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in overseeing all daily restaurant operations
- Lead and develop managers and team members through coaching, mentorship, and accountability
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor during service to ensure exceptional hospitality and operational execution
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, labor management, and daily operational performance
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards
